I bought this from trakracer.com thinking the higher price would mean it felt a bit more premium, but it didn’t really come across that way. It’s not bad, and it does work once everything is set up, but you expect better fit and finish when you’re paying this much. A few parts felt basic, and the setup took longer than it should have. If it had been cheaper, I probably wouldn’t be as bothered, but at this price, you’re better off looking around a bit more before buying

I found the rig I was looking for really quickly, which was nice because I didn’t want to spend ages searching around. Checkout was easy too, just went through without any hassle, and then the emails showed up right away. no issues with the order at all.

My order turned up with a few bits missing, which was frustrating at first. I contacted Trak Racer expecting the usual copy-paste corporate replies, because I’m always a bit suspicious of that overly polished “we value your feedback” stuff. But to be fair, they got back to me quickly, didn’t make it a drama, and sent the missing parts out. They also kept me updated along the way. Annoying that it happened, but the way they dealt with it was solid. Rig is all set up now and I’d buy from them again.

I ordered the wrong part by mistake and had to return it. It was easy. Support got back to me fast and explained what to do. The refund came through with no hassle. I thought it would be a pain, but it wasn’t. Good experience with Trak Racer overall.

I got this monitor mount for my rig and it’s been awesome. It barely moves at all, even when I’m yanking the wheel around hard. the difference is ridiculous. Really happy with it

I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t completely seamless, but overall the service was helpful and got the problem sorted.

Delivery went smoothly, and once I got everything put together, the rig felt really sturdy. I was expecting the assembly to be straightforward, and for the most part it was, but a few steps in the instructions weren’t super clear. I ended up having to guess a little and look up pictures online to make sure I was doing it right. Not a dealbreaker at all, just made the build take longer than I thought it would. Overall, I’m happy with it...

I was a little worried about the pedal plate flex before I ordered it, especially because I run my brake stiff, like heavy braking into hairpins, trail braking through longer corners, panic stops when I mess up a braking point, that kind of thing. But it’s been totally fine. There’s barely any movement, even when I’m really leaning on the pedal. Setup took a bit of fiddling, like lining things up, tightening stuff, adjusting the pedal position, checking it again after a few laps, but nothing too annoying or difficult. Overall I’m really happy with it. It feels solid when driving, whether I’m doing quick practice laps, longer races, or just messing around in a sim for fun.

The product itself seems fine, but when I was putting it together, I noticed a couple of the screws were missing from the hardware bag. It was a small thing, but it definitely slowed me down because I had to go look for replacements that fit.

Overall, it was fine at first, but it didn’t last as long as I expected. I was hoping for better durability, so I’m a bit disappointed with how quickly it wore out

The rig itself is okay and does what I need it to, but the delivery experience was really frustrating. The date kept getting pushed back, and the tracking hardly updated at all, so I had no idea what was going on. I ended up having to chase them twice just to get answers. it took a lot of the excitement out of receiving it, which was disappointing.

I had a little issue with my refund and wasn’t sure what was going on at first?? Support took a few days to get back to me, but they did end up fixing it, so all good in the end...

So, yeah, it matched my seat just fine overall. I did have to use a couple of small spacer washers to get it sitting right, but that wasn’t a big deal. Once those were in, it worked like it was supposed to

I was happy with how it turned out. The finish looks clean, with no rough or ugly bits anywhere. it feels like good value because it actually looks neat and well done.

They did sort out my problem in the end, so I appreciate that. But the replies were slow, which got frustrating, especially when I’m paying for the service and expected a bit quicker help. It worked out eventually, but I do wish the support felt more responsive for the price...

I ordered from Trak Racer the communication was great. I got clear emails after placing my order, so I always knew what was going on without needing to chase anyone. The delivery updates came through as it moved along too, which made it much easier to plan. It’s a simple thing, but it really makes a difference. Super happy with how everything was handled 👍

i got my rig set up with their monitor and shifter mounts, and there are a bunch of ways to dial everything in. it took me a little while to figure out which holes lined up best, but once it was mounted, it felt really sturdy. 4 stars from me

I’ve been using my Trak Racer rig for a few weeks now, the adjustability has been the standout for me. The seat, wheel deck, and pedals all have enough range that I was able to get comfortable without too much hassle. It does take a little bit of loosening and re-tightening bolts to get everything just right, but that’s expected with this kind of setup. Once it’s dialed in, it feels solid. My brother tried it too, and we were able to make the adjustments for him quickly

Once I got it put together, the frame felt sturdy, so no major complaints there. But a few of the holes didn’t line up as well as they should have, and I noticed some small scratches on the edges right out of the box?? For the price, I expected the finish to be a little cleaner. It still does the job fine, just wasn’t quite as polished as I was hoping.

I got my Trak Racer frame set up yesterday, and it was easier than I thought it would be. The instructions were clear enough, everything lined up fine, and the only thing that slowed me down was sorting through the bolts. Of course I picked the worst time to start building it, so that part was on me more than the frame.
